According to recent studies conducted by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, the number of homeless individuals and families throughout Los Angeles County remains high. One of the most vulnerable homeless populations is low-income homeless veterans.
While there are programs that assist low-income families with rental subsidies and affordable housing, the demand for affordable housing remains high and these programs are often subject to federal, state or local government regulations and eligibility rules.
The Los Angeles County Housing Resource Center website strives to bring new information and tools for assisting homeless veterans and their families find affordable housing throughout Los Angeles County.
